Instead of asking, "what's in it for me" Pennies from Heaven asks, "what's in it for we"?
Pennies From Heaven tackles the greatest needs head-on and works to build bridges that help all households have the ability to achieve self-sufficiency and the opportunity to thrive.

Gateway to Success Academy (G2S) is a public charter school that is as unique as each student is and is focused on shaping their present into a successful future.
We understand that every student is a unique individual with their own strengths and weakness. We partnered with G2S to help provide options for students who thrive in a different school setting. The Project based learning style is well suited for hands-on learning of core curriculum but also human skills that will help students be successful in their career and life.
Pennies from Heaven supported their transition and rebranding from Journey into G2S with grant funding to support the transition year, and by building the school school facility.

Mason County Family Link is a collaborative initiative that supports student achievement by bringing together a range of agencies to provide needed services and support, and meets students and their families in the K-12 schools, or at the local community college.
Pennies from Heaven Foundation funded a three year pilot of this program to test the effectiveness. After seeing the value and the impact for students and families, Local School districts and United Way are funding the program costs. Pennies from Heaven remains a financial partner.

Part of every successful community is its small business owners. At Pennies from Heaven, we wanted to lift up and encourage our local small businesses, entrepreneurs and create an environment that welcomed entrepreneurs into our community. In partnership with the Mason County Chamber Alliance, we designed the Momentum Business Plan Competition. After learning from several successful years, past winners, and COVID, it is now a biennial competition.

Lakeshore Resource Network is a place.
But it is more than that.
The Lakeshore Resource Network is a community facility owned and operated by the Pennies from Heaven Foundation. We provide space for various non-profit organizations that support Mason County residents in crucial areas such as food access, housing and utilities, employment assistance, and more.https://www.lakeshoreresourcenetwork.org/

Mason County Family Link is a collaborative initiative between Ludington Area Schools, Mason County Central, Mason County Eastern, Gateway to Success Academy, United Way of Mason County, West Michigan Community Mental Health System, Department of Health and Human Services, Northwest Michigan Health Services, Staircase Youth Services, West Shore Community College and Pennies from Heaven Foundation.
This initiative supports student achievement by bringing together a range of agencies to provide needed services and support.
